Nz Lemon Slice Round Wine Biscuits

100 g butter

400 g condensed milk

2 x 250 g packets of crushed super wine biscuits

1 dsp golden syrup

1 cup coconut

Rind of 1 lemon

Icing sugar

Lemon juice

Select all/reset

Melt butter, golden syrup and condensed milk.
Add coconut, crushed biscuits and grated lemon rind.
Mix ingredients then press into a sponge roll tin.
Ice then place in fridge to set.
