Favourite Scone Recipe
  1. Preheat oven to 400°.

  2. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. Mix dry ingredients together.

  4. Grate in frozen butter, then cut with a pastry blender.

  5. Whisk wet ingredients. Stir into the dry, adding in your choice of fruit. Fold this mixture together.

  6. Pat dough into an 8 inch circle. Cut into wedges.

  7. Bake for 16 to 18 minutes, until golden.

  8. Blend and drizzle glaze over cooled scones.
