Preheat oven to 400°.
Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix dry ingredients together.
Grate in frozen butter, then cut with a pastry blender.
Whisk wet ingredients. Stir into the dry, adding in your choice of fruit. Fold this mixture together.
Pat dough into an 8 inch circle. Cut into wedges.
Bake for 16 to 18 minutes, until golden.
Blend and drizzle glaze over cooled scones.
