High Protein Spinach And Artichoke Chicken Casserole
  1. Preheat oven to 375°.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, chopped artichoke hearts, fresh spinach, yogurt, Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, minced garlic, onion powder, salt and pepper. Mix well.

  3. Transfer mixture to a baking dish and spread out evenly.

  4. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over top.

  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 30 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  6. Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
