Easy Flatbreads
  1. Combine yeast and honey in tepid water and wisk until foamy

  2. Mix in the flour with a wooden spoon and knead until smooth for around two to three minutes. Add salt and knead to incorporate.

  3. Once dough is firm, place in a bowl covered by a slightly damp tea towel. Let rise for half an hour.

  4. Divide dough into 8 even pieces and roll to form balls. Leave these under a tea towel to rise for another 10 minutes.

  5. Roll the balls out thin and dimple the flattened dough with fingers.

  6. To a pan, drizzle olive oil and let reach desired temp (medium heat). Cook Flatbreads for two minutes on both sides and serve.
