Preheat oven to 350°F.
Grease a 9 x 5 loaf pan.
Slice bananas thinly and set aside.
In a large bowl, add oil, sugar, and eggs, and mix well.
Add vanilla to the mixture and blend.
Add sour cream and mix until combined.
Add sliced bananas, flour, baking soda, salt, and chocolate chips.
Mix until incorporated.
Pour into the loaf pan and bake for approximately 45 to 55 minutes. A tester should come out clean.
