⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I did not have cumin seeds and mustard seeds, so subbed ground cumin and coarse prepared mustard. It still came out great! Will make again. Would go well with SE Asian cuisine imo.
⭐️⭐️⭐️ Too much cream/liquid. Cheese and cream fat floating on top after baking. It tasted pretty good, but made a huge mess and seemed a little over-the-top.
