Before ya’ll start (Aaron) judging…… I’m posting this link for a couple reasons. Daddy Jack’s cooking with the blues is a great channel, and the cooking tutorials are very good. And second, I keep getting told by friends that Alfredo is “such a difficult sauce and that’s why I just buy bottled”. But I don’t (Aaron) judge…….. So in my personal opinion, the link to this post leads to the simplest explanation of the how too’s I have ever come across for this sauce. As for the photo, feel free to judge…… cause I cry every ⚾️ day. I know they suck.

I was surfing this morning when I came across this quick sauce. Followed the advice of the poster with the chicken. I served it over rice noodles and a side of bok choy. It was really good, 7 out of 10. Probably took 40 minutes from prep to table.

If I were to do this dish again, I would have coined the loin when it was semi frozen. Marinated for 24 hrs, ( 3 days didn’t make much of a difference). Seared the medallions in a hot pan, and finished with the remaining marinade as a pan sauce. Tenderloins are known for being dry, that pan sauce would have done wonders. The marinade itself was good, I paired the grilled tenderloin with a basket of grilled Veg. Happy Labour day weekend, the kids are heading back to classes Tuesday. So in the name of George Costanza and the rest of the fathers and mothers out there. “SERENITY NOW !!!! “.🥳

Got these babies done on the weekend.
Simpler than you might think. Now I know, “Dude, just buy frozen”, and I get it. But, I also marinated some Boston Butt for Char Siu. And that was a fun day in the kitchen. Monday, the Air fryer got fired up, the pork took a 1 hr time out in the oven. The wife and I did a quicky……fried rice, and this guy earn some rewards points. Oh, and I have frozen spring rolls now. 😏
So ya, “just use frozen”.

Super tasty, super easy. Just like takeout. Mindy has a lot of those takeout dishes on her website. Wife enjoyed it and i think can definitely say that I can Wok the Wok 😎. Enjoy this one guys.
